My family had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City. The room was cozy with comfy beds and a helpful microwave. Although small, the room stayed quiet despite the nearby train. The staff, especially Shavon, were fantastic. Looking forward to returning!

The location was convenient for us as it was one block away from the subway metro system, making our daily commute hassle-free. The large rooms and nice amenities provided a comfortable stay after long days of meetings. We appreciated having a fitness center on-site to squeeze in a workout before our busy schedules. The bar on the first floor was a nice spot to unwind in the evenings and grab a drink.

The best breakfast ever! DEFINITELY going back. Rooms are cozier than in photos.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, it met requirements, I liked its perfect location not far from the subway and the 7 train and Manhattan. They provided variety of good choices for breakfast that was included.

The staff here are so sweet, and the rooms are spacious and clean. We loved chilling in the cozy tv room after a long day exploring. The only tiny thing was the occasionally inconsistent breakfast options, but we just grabbed a bite nearby in the end 💁‍♀️.

We only stayed here for 6 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was perfect. Polite employees at the reception desk. Got queen room when arrived, loved that. The continental breakfast had a good choice of food. Incredible location, within walking distance of Bank of Manhattan. You could walk to a market and shops.

The hotel had a few small annoyances like a slick bathroom floor and dim lighting, but the fantastic location near subway stops and a 24-hour bodega next door made up for it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood felt safe. However, finding parking was a challenge, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Despite the noise from showers, the spacious room and cozy bed made for a decent stay. Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel's proximity to public transport and affordability were major bonuses, with the exceptionally kind staff standing out.

Loved the late check-out option, great food at the Garden Grille & Bar, and the shared lounge was a nice place to relax. The hotel is perfect to explore the neighborhood or simply rejuvenate. Oh, and the Pavilion Pantry was a treasure trove of frozen foods!

The Garden Grille & Bar offers a variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast options were so abundant and delicious, it felt like a morning buffet at a grand feast rather than just a simple hotel breakfast. The dinner menu was equally impressive, offering a wide array of delectable dishes.

Without hotel responsibility, a work site under our windows, but a perfect soundproofing. Avoid having dinner at the hotel restaurant, which has prohibitive prices: $53 for 2 plates of pasta!

As a young family, we loved the convenient location near subway stations, making it easy to explore Manhattan. The quick access to Central Park, Village, and Financial District was a huge bonus. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, such as a hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, and microwave. The hotel also offered reasonable internet speed, which was great for staying connected. The staff was incredibly kind and sweet, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location in Queens, very close to two subway stations with many combinations to the airport, Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Harlem. In fact the location encouraged us to go to a Mets baseball game or Gantry Plaza park at a beautiful sunset. Despite being in Queens, in a couple of stops you're downtown. Quality, hearty breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, good juices and coffee, and hot food on the go (great tortillas, hashbrowns, sausage and bacon), pastries, waffles and more. The rooms are spacious by NY standards, very comfortable and equipped. Reasonable free wifi. They have computers and printers, and a nice looking bar that we didn't get to use. Next door a supermarket, with good and affordable options for light meals (paninis, salads, hamburgers, Philly steaks,..). Good CPR

At some point there was congestion in the two elevators, and they were very fast. The wardrobe was a bit small (it's also true that he had a real ironer with his iron inside, in addition to the safe).

The property was outstanding with efficient staff upon my request. There were updated, well-appointed rooms with 2 beds.

The location is on treadmill in the heart of nyc, with easy subway access. Breakfast is amazingly good and filling. Rooms are comfortable but need renovation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Drawback: pricey breakfast. I'll come back!

It was a very good experience overall. Everything was really good, reasonably clean hotel, quiet location very close to subway station which is handy. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. Professional, responsive people working here.

The guest room at Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City had everything I could ask for - from a cozy bed with premium bedding to a convenient work desk with a laptop-friendly setup. The Keurig Coffeemaker and microwave were perfect for my needs as a coffee lover and occasional snacker.

I wasn't a big fan of the shower/tub combo in the bathroom, but that's just a personal preference.

Hip new, perfectly clean hotel, good value. Great easter in this safe area very close to subway and Manhattan and bus stops. Rooms were well-kept and the bed was comfy. Brilliant staff and excellent service all day long.

Near the subway, a few stops from Times Square.. Breakfast, even if it's always the same, has varied fruit and an iron where you can ask for something to be made.. Staff always willing to help

The carpet in the rooms is not very clean as it always gives the impression of being dirty even if it is not. The sheets are a little old. The neighborhood, has no attraction ... many workshops and air conditioning companies in the area

This hotel is located in a pretty busy neighborhood and is just a short walk away from the subway station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The prices for the rooms are reasonable, offering great value for money. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as the bathtub and enough beds to sleep 8 guests, ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast served is included, allowing you to start your day right.

good connection to manhattan, clean room

despite having breakfast we got the bill with the costs for signing with the request to tip 5$-6$ per breakfast. i have never had this at a hilton or hyatt hotel. that nerves!!!! it is also possible with the room number as with other hotels to see that the breakfast has already been paid for. :-( we booked the room 6 months before with the request that we would like to have a room 15-17 floor and got it confirmed, unfortunately this was not fulfilled either! 5th floor with building site noise! i am not used to something like this from a hilton.

Good place to stay if you're going to New York. Comfortable and clean. Good attention from the staff (in English). Two nearby subway stops drop you off in Manhattan in 15, 20 minutes. There is a mini-supermarket right next door where they make good breakfast.

The little bottle of water they put in as a courtesy for $2. There's no charge for that, man.

Great customer service, staff went above and beyond to help me find a room and accommodate a late checkout. the hotel was clean and comfortable with fresh food options. Convenient access to subway, making it easy to explore the city.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste. the area around the hotel was undergoing construction, so it could get noisy and dirty.

The hotel's location was a winner, close to the subway and food options. Staff were helpful, room comfy with great amenities. Some quirks like the breakfast variety and housekeeping policy. A solid choice for a convenient and safe stay in NYC.

Two minutes from the metro (three accessible lines). A small food hall is located in the same street, which is also very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean and well insulated from street noise.

The environment close to the hotel is not very nice (works, aerial metro), but it is not disturbing in the sense that you can easily reach midtown by metro.

We loved how close the hotel is to the subway system, making it easy for us to travel to Manhattan as tourists. the prepaid breakfast option was a good value and it kept us fueled for the day. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. it was a good choice to stay at Hilton Garden.

Not much but if there was something to change it is diversified the breakfast because every morning it was the same thing. Important point: improve the cleaning of the room by the cleaning ladies.

The location of Hilton Garden was unbeatable, just a two-minute walk from the subway station. Also, the deli/market next door was very convenient. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. I had an excellent stay and would definitely come back in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in a great neighborhood near the subway station. The value for money was excellent as the prices were much better compared to Manhattan. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast served was included and delicious.

Everything was great and there is nothing that needs improvement.

rooms are large and very well equipped. direct location to several metro and train connections made it easy to discover new york. in many cases, one does not even have to change trains to the most important destinations.

breakfast restaurant offered no variety. every day the same limited offer - no cheese (only fresh cheese in single packs) or sausage.

The cozy and clean room near our favorite restaurants was great, but noise from adjacent rooms was disruptive. Though convenient, the hotel needs better communication and soundproofing.

The location at the foot of the QueensPlaza subway which brings you to Time Square in 10 minutes or directly to Brooklyn, JFK etc... The very friendly welcome... The very comfortable bedding.

Room 1604 was quite small... Breakfast is pretty basic... There's not many decent places to dine nearby... It's suitable for travelers who only come here to sleep... No view on Manhattan because the hotel is right next to the huge Marriot and a high parking lot.

The location of the hotel makes exploring the city a breeze, with subway stations just a stone's throw away. hotel is quite modern and friendly furnished. location is excellent, one reaches manhattan in a few minutes - two subway stations with various subway lines are in the immediate vicinity. staff is very helpful and friendly. breakfast is sufficiently good. room (1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed) was with approximately 19 m2 big enough and there was also space for things and suitcases. bathroom (with large shower) was clean and sufficiently large.

unfortunately, there is currently a construction site directly opposite, where work will start at 06. 00 a. m. deliveries to the construction site sometimes take place until the middle of the night. that was quite disturbing and terribly loud.

I selected this hotel for a business event as it provides a convenient base for accessing Midtown Manhattan or Long Island City's corporate headquarters for business guests. The hotel offers a small business center with a printer, four meeting rooms, and valet parking, making it suitable for business needs. The 1037 square feet of space comprising conference space and meeting rooms were utilized for my work purposes.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated coworking space or business lounge within the hotel where I could have conducted impromptu meetings or worked in a quiet, professional environment.

During my recent stay at a hotel in NYC, I had an exceptional experience. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me and the other guests who were unfamiliar with the city. They were patient and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. I particularly want to mention Jannelle in the bar, who had a wonderful and friendly attitude.

Close to everything, clean and comfortable room, has a bar in the lobby, tasty food options nearby, good location near metro station and not far from Manhattan.
